How we collect, use and protect your data.
1. What we collect
Forms collect name, work email, company, phone (optional), and the message you write. Server logs collect IP, user-agent and request path.
2. Why we collect it
To reply to enquiries, deliver requested resources, run our managed services, and improve the site.
3. Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in our MySQL database hosted with our cPanel provider. Logs rotate every 14 days.
4. Who we share with
Nobody. We do not sell or share contact data with third parties.
5. Your rights
Email hello@knarfconsults.com to access, correct or delete your data.
